Christmas Shipping Update:
We will offer USPS & FedEx shipping throughout the holiday season. The cutoff dates are Noon on December 18th via USPS Priority Mail and Noon on December 22nd via FedEx 2-day. Details are listed below. Please visit our shipping partner’s website for more information.
Shipping Policy
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before your package ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
USPS Priority Mail
Most domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 2–4 business days after your order has been processed. Tracking information will be sent once your package ships.
Signature Confirmation for High-Value Orders
For your protection, orders of $500 or more will require Signature Confirmation at delivery. An adult must be present to sign for the package.
FedEx 2-Day Service
Customers may select FedEx 2-Day at checkout for faster delivery. FedEx offers highly accurate tracking and typically delivers within 2 business days after shipment (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Additional fees apply.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping through both USPS and FedEx.
USPS International Priority Mail
An economical option with delivery typically within 5–10 business days after shipment, depending on destination and customs. Tracking is provided, though updates may be limited once the package leaves the U.S.
FedEx International Shipping
FedEx provides faster and more reliable international delivery with the most accurate tracking. Delivery times vary by country but are generally quicker and more predictable than USPS. This is our recommended option for time-sensitive or high-value international shipments.
Return Policy
At Silver Sun, we are committed to your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not pleased with an item purchased from our website, our Old Town Albuquerque shop, or at a trade show, you may return it for store credit, unless otherwise stated in the product description or at time of purchase.
Eligibility:
- Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and unaltered. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations, including resizing, engraving, or other modifications, will not be accepted.
- Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any boxes, certificates, or documentation provided at purchase.
- Notification: Please notify us via phone, email, or in person before making your return. Ensure that your return is initiated within 10 days of receiving your item (for online orders) or from the purchase date (for in-store and trade show purchases).
Return Process:
- For Online Orders: Package the item securely in its original condition and packing materials. Insure the package for the full purchase price, and send it to the address provided below. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective upon arrival.
- For In-Store Purchases: Return the item to our Old Town Albuquerque shop with proof of purchase in person or refer to the instructions regarding online orders.
- For Trade Show Purchases: Return the item to our booth or refer to the instructions regarding online orders if the show has ended.
Store Credit: Once we receive your return, it will be processed within 1-2 business days. A store credit equivalent to the purchase price will be issued and can be used for future purchases at Silver Sun for up to one year from the return acceptance date. Please note that shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable.
