Charlene Reano made these inlay earrings at 58 x 8 mm, the slimmest in the current drop. At this width the mosaic work becomes almost architectural: jet, spiny oyster shell, mother of pearl, denim lapis, and turquoise compressed into a narrow vertical line. The precision required to execute inlay at this scale is significant, and the result is a pair of earrings that wears like a fine line drawing.
